We offer topographical surveys to establish curtilage and boundary details, and existing site plans for other specialist designers such as landscape architects.

We provide full building surveys for property owners and prospective purchasers, and also provide tree survey reports in connection with structurally related tree problems and also for planning applications.

We provide a full drawing package for planning and build projects, including location, site, roof and floor plans, elevation drawings, and a complete concept to final design service for new build projects, conversions, and refurbishments.

"To date, our smallest commission has been a single disabled access W.C. serving a commercial site. Our largest commission has been the detailed design and production of the planning drawing package for the redevelopment of The Kent Show Ground.

Aside from the above, more usual design instructions relate to:

- Agricultural buildings - cattle housing, grain stores, general farm buildings.

- Barn conversions - including listed buildings.

- Equestrian facilities - stables, arenas.
