- BUILDING REGULATIONS-

A complete full building regulation plan package can be provided in order to achieve Full Plans Consent.

We participate in the government led LABC scheme and are affiliated with Ashford Borough Council Building Control department in this regard.

This scheme operates on the basis of working with a single local authority covering the whole country. The LABC Partner Authority Scheme was designed to assist companies that operate in multiple locations and deal with many local authorities. The scheme enables a company or adviser to have a one-to-one working relationship with a preferred local authority for advice and plan appraisal.

Please note that the site inspection is carried out by the local authority in the region where each project is being built.
