Price Whitehead - Independent Chartered Surveyors

Annie joined the team in December 2024 and brings with her experience from a client relations background.  Outside of work, Annie enjoyed reading, walking her dog and travelling.

Ben recently joined us as a Chartered Surveyor and is a champion of sustainable development. Bringing valuable experience in commercial property and development, Ben is driven by a passion for sustainable building practices. As a Chartered Surveyor, he focuses on guiding clients toward effective, environmentally conscious solutions. When he’s away from his desk, Ben is a keen hiker who loves being immersed in nature.

Bruce is highly accomplished and applies his expertise in agriculture, land management, technical construction, quantity surveying and survey design to help clients realise their dreams.  His work is inspired by his experience in both the farming and construction industries, and this allows him to have a deep understanding of all the projects that he works on.

Charlotte has over 25 years’ experience in Marketing gained across various sectors. Having grown up on a farm and lived in a converted Oast house, Charlotte feels very at home at Price Whitehead.

With a background and passion for farming and the environment, Helen drives Price Whitehead to be the leading rural design, sruveying and architectural firm that it is today.  Sustainability is at the heart of all that they do and Helen ensures that every project is not only beautiful in design, but that protecting the environment is at the forefront of their vision.

Holly joined Price Whitehead in 2016.  Holly's previous experience lies in design and interior and she brings this diverse experience with her to Price Whitehead.  Outside of work, Holly enjoys swimming, playing the saxophone and going to music gigs and concerts.

Lee is a RICS-registered Building Surveyor and property valuer with over 20 years of experience. Specialising in building pathology, property surveying, valuation, and disrepair reporting across the Southeast of England and London, he is recognised for building strong relationships and earning trust with clients and colleagues. Lee's expertise is reflected in consistently meeting and exceeding his clients' expectations.

Nicola is an Architectural Technician with expertise in surveying and design, joining Price Whitehead in 2018 after a career in IT infrastructure and construction. She supports projects on the technical and design side and contributes to the firm’s digital marketing, while helping develop thoughtful, sustainable solutions. Outside work, she enjoys the gym, cycling, and cooking.

Nina has worked in the property industry for many years in different roles as well as personally managing development projects of her own. Now her children are grown up Nina is enjoying using these skills in the planning sector at Price Whitehead.

Odette joined Price Whitehead in September 2020 having been self-employed for a number of years. Outside of work Odette has a love of music and has an eclectic taste with a particular interest in the ‘Roaring 1920’s.’ Odette is also interested in all things fashion and makeup.

Peter has worked with Bruce and Helen for over 20 years and is very experienced within the company. Peter has worked with a number of cattle breeds including pedigree Herefords, Simmental, Guernsey and now Sussex cattle and has enormous experience in showing nationally and at County level.  He is a great asset to the farming business.  He is an avid rugby fan and a creative baker.
