Welcome to Price Whitehead, an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors. With a history dating back to 1997, we have steadily grown from a one-person operation into a flourishing team of ten dedicated professionals.
Situated in the heart of rural Kent, our unique offices are located within an enchanting converted Oast, which is nestled on a picturesque farm. This setting allows us to combine the charm of our 3rd generation family-run farm, with our expertise in serving clients throughout Kent and East Sussex
At Price Whitehead, one of our defining qualities is our focus on sustainability, as we believe that sustainable design practices are crucial for the future. Sustainability is at the heart of all that they do and Helen ensures that every project is not only beautiful in design, but that protecting the environment is at the forefront of their vision.

Bruce is highly accomplished and applies his expertise in agriculture, land management, technical construction, quantity surveying and survey design to help clients realise their dreams. His work is inspired by his experience in both the farming and construction industries, and this allows him to have a deep understanding of all of the projects that he works on.

Peter has worked with Bruce and Helen for over 20 years and is very experienced within the company. Peter has worked with a number of cattle breeds including pedigree Herefords, Simmental, Guernsey and now Sussex cattle and has enormous experience in showing nationally and at County level. He is a great asset to the farming business. He is an avid rugby fan and a creative baker.

Ching-Yu completed her MSc in Spatial Planning in Utrecht, Netherlands and following this relocated to the UK to continue her career. Ching-Yu loves to meet new people and is passionate about helping clients to realise their ambitions and ideas, working towards achieving optimal outcomes. Outside of work, Ching-Yu is a keen traveller and enthusiastic baker.

Nicola is an architectural technician and she specialises in topographical surveys and draining. Nicola is also the environment expert, and she focuses on the sustainability of the firm. Price Whitehead strive to find the most sustainable and eco-friendly options within their work, and Nicola is at the centre of these ideas.

Sarah spent many years working in Estate Agency at Hamptons International in London and now brings this experience and skills learnt to her role at Price Whitehead. Sarah has grown up children and outside of work enjoys swimming, playing tennis and squash and reading.

Odette joined Price Whitehead in September 2020 having been self-employed for a number of years. Outside of work Odette has a love of music and has an eclectic taste with a particular interest in the ‘Roaring 1920’s.’ Odette is also interested in all things fashion and makeup.
